Superbuy将提供在闲鱼、转转、拍拍等第三方二手平台为您代购商品的服务。
【二手代购提供什么服务？】
1、客服服务：整个商品销售过程的客服咨询服务；
2、仓储服务：二手代购依然享受商品90天免费仓储服务；
3、基础包装服务：享受商品出库前的基础打包、包装服务；
4、质检服务（含拍照）：享受商品入库基础质检服务+3张普通拍照+2张精细拍照（二手代购赠送精细拍照服务）
5、采购服务：买手代采购商品和咨询卖家服务。
【注意事项】
1、北京时间9:00-18:00提交的代购订单，6小时内完成响应；
2、北京时间18:00-次日9:00提交的代购订单，次日14:00前处理完毕；
3、用户已确认或补款后的订单，买手在24小时内完成订购。
Superbuy will provide you with shopping agent service for third-party platforms such as Xianyu, Zhuanzhuan.com, Paipai.com, etc.; extra service fees will be charged for such purchasing. Once the shopping agent order is accepted (i.e. the order is under “Processing” status), any request for Return & Exchange Guarantee or refund will not be supported. In case of special cases, please apply through Order Enquiry or our online customer service, and the result shall be subject to the verification and feedback form our staff.
Compared to shopping agent orders placed on platforms such as Taobao, Tmall and JD.com, orders and after-sales services for platforms of used items are more complicated, so a service fee of CNY 20 / order will be charged. If you need value-added services, please view the details of Value-added Services. After the item is successfully ordered, the service fee will not be refunded (Due to some issues temporarily affecting the refund process, please contact the customer service or shopping agent to refund you manually.it will be refunded only if the order is cancelled due to insufficient stock or Force Majeure). As we currently cannot order from all platforms of used-items through grabbing product data, if you want to purchase from platforms other than Xianyu, Zhuanzhuan.com and Paipai.com, the service fees will be charged as the same as that of Expert Sourcing (10% of the order value). Expert Sourcing
